A battery is only as good as the support behind it. Here's how Maxvolt built a service network reaching 1,150+ pincodes across India.

A lithium battery can be engineered perfectly and still fail its owner if there's nowhere nearby to get it serviced. That reality shaped one of Maxvolt's biggest infrastructure investments: a doorstep service network that now reaches over 1,150 pincodes across India.

The network is built on two layers working together. Ten regional warehouses keep genuine spares and replacement stock close to where dealers and customers actually are, cutting the delay between a service request and a resolved one. On top of that sits a dealer and service-center mesh spanning multiple states, giving riders and businesses a local point of contact instead of a distant call center.

This matters most for the vehicles that can least afford downtime — e-rickshaws and delivery e-scooters that are literally someone's daily income. A driver whose battery needs attention doesn't have the luxury of shipping it off and waiting a week; they need warranty support, genuine spares and a technician who can resolve the issue quickly, close to home.

Building that reach took years of deliberate expansion rather than a single rollout. Service infrastructure grew in step with the dealer network — first seven service centers, then a broader mesh as the 950+ dealer network matured — because a service commitment that outpaces the ability to actually deliver it just becomes a broken promise at scale.

The result today is a network built for reliability at a national scale: doorstep assistance, warranty support and genuine spares delivered through Maxvolt's dealer and service-center mesh, covering 1,150+ pincodes and counting.
