E-Rickshaw Lithium Battery
Maxvolt's E-Rickshaw Lithium Battery is India's #1 choice for e-rickshaw drivers — with over 2,00,000 units delivered across Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, West Bengal, and beyond. Purpose-built with LiFePO4 (LFP) chemistry, our 51.2V batteries fast-charge in 2–3 hours vs 6–8 hours for lead-acid, and deliver 2,000+ deep cycles — enough for 5+ years of daily operation. For every e-rickshaw driver, this means more trips per day, lower running costs, and zero acid spills.

Overview
The e-rickshaw is the lifeline of short-distance transport across North India — carrying millions of passengers daily in Delhi NCR, Agra, Kanpur, Varanasi, Patna, and hundreds of smaller cities. But the #1 pain point for every driver is battery drain: a dead battery means lost income. Maxvolt's 51.2V LiFePO4 e-rickshaw batteries solve this completely — with 20A–25A fast-charging capability that refills the pack from 0 to 100% in just 2–3 hours, and a total capacity (100Ah–200Ah) that gives drivers 80–120 km of range per charge in real Indian traffic conditions.
We manufacture e-rickshaw batteries at our 55,000 sq ft Duhai, Ghaziabad plant — producing 25,000+ packs per month and growing. Each battery is housed in a rugged metal case that withstands the vibrations, potholes, and monsoon conditions of Indian roads. An intelligent BMS continuously monitors temperature, state-of-charge, and current — protecting cells from overcharge, deep-discharge, and short-circuit faults that prematurely destroy lead-acid batteries. AIS 156 Phase 1 & 2 certification means our e-rickshaw batteries meet Government of India safety standards — important for drivers applying for loans and subsidies under FAME-II and state EV schemes.
Unlike lead-acid batteries that lose 30–40% capacity within the first year, Maxvolt lithium packs retain 80%+ capacity even after 2,000 cycles — delivering consistent range and power throughout their lifespan. Lighter weight (50 kg vs 120 kg for lead-acid) means better power-to-weight ratio and faster speeds on inclines. Available in 100Ah, 150Ah, and 200Ah capacities, drivers can choose the configuration that matches their route length and daily income target.
