Maxvolt's 51.2V LiFePO4 e-rickshaw batteries solve this completely — with 20A–25A fast-charging capability that refills the pack from 0 to 100% in just 2–3 hours, and a total capacity (100Ah–200Ah) that gives drivers 80–120 km of range per charge in real Indian traffic conditions.

We manufacture e-rickshaw batteries at our 55,000 sq ft Duhai, Ghaziabad plant — producing 25,000+ packs per month and growing. Each battery is housed in a rugged metal case that withstands the vibrations, potholes, and monsoon conditions of Indian roads. An intelligent BMS continuously monitors temperature, state-of-charge, and current — protecting cells from overcharge, deep-discharge, and short-circuit faults that prematurely destroy lead-acid batteries. AIS 156 Phase 1 & 2 certification means our e-rickshaw batteries meet Government of India safety standards — important for drivers applying for loans and subsidies under FAME-II and state EV schemes.

Unlike lead-acid batteries that lose 30–40% capacity within the first year, Maxvolt lithium packs retain 80%+ capacity even after 2,000 cycles — delivering consistent range and power throughout their lifespan.
